About Me

Life Is Easy…

It’s so easy to crack on when life is good. Work is good. Family life is fab, relationships secure. Everything is “singing” at you.

But then something happens. Life takes a turn for the worst. You want to crawl under the duvet. You eat everything you see.

You stop seeing friends.

You doubt yourself.

You get angry, frustrated.

Your anxiety hits the roof.

You keep on asking why.

I know, I’ve been there…

Staring in the mirror, looking at my reflection, thinking, wondering what is the point of going on? Every fibre of my being saying, just give up, to stop.

All you see is fog…….

You think you have to handle it because everyone else seems to.
You beat yourself up, put yourself down.
You just don’t think you’re worth it.
You don’t think you’re worthy of help.
You don’t think you deserve to be cared for or loved.
You don’t think you deserve support.

Why?

Because you think it’s your job and your job alone.

After all, you’ve always been the problem solver. You’ve always been the one that everybody’s come to.

You take on more and more, the weight on your shoulders drags you down every day. But you’re either too afraid or too ashamed to ask for help, you know you’re at breaking point.

Then something happens.

Something to force you to stop in your tracks…

And all of a sudden you find that resilience and strength that you never thought you had.

The power to start to move through that fog – slow and steady, but you know you’ll get there.

All of this is me, my story, I’m not saying the fog has cleared.

I’m not saying angst doesn’t happen. What I am saying is that I know now, that when life gets “foggy” I’ve got ways and means to clear it.

How did I get to this point?

I fell seriously ill. My life was 60 minutes away from ending.

Now, If that doesn’t wake you up, what will?

That’s when I realized I needed help.

I had to take a long, hard look at myself and what I was doing, not just to me, but also to the people around me, people that I loved.

So I started working on myself. My mindset first and foremost, I asked for help.

I asked for help from people that I knew could help me.

They helped me in ways I never thought was possible.

So now I can help you.

I can help you get through that fog.

I can help you have the tools and the skills, so when life does get foggy and the shit does hit the fan, you deal with it.

I’ll help you clear your mind of all this stuff that doesn’t “sing” it. And I will help you change your life so it works for you.

Some people say to me, Oh, you probably think this is stupid, or I’m not sure you’ll understand. Well no, nothing is stupid if it affects you.

Yes, I understand that life can be cruel, but we all go through it in our own unique way, but I’m here to show you and help you get back on that clear road, whatever that looks like to you.
