Controlling anger with hypnotherapy could be the answer you are looking for.

People often experience an array of emotions throughout the course of each day, including anger, and for most people they will be able to control their feelings and keep things at bay.

However, for many individuals, controlling their anger is often rather difficult, causing great difficulties in their life for themselves and people near them.

Other problems such as stress, anxiety, jealousy or even depression can also be linked with anger control problems, but all of these difficulties can be dealt with.  When a person gets angry, they will commonly find their heartbeat increases along with blood pressure levels as chemicals in the bloodstream such as adrenalin are pumped around the body.

Eventually, relationships with close friends, family and work colleagues can be impacted as these situations become more and more tricky to manage.

Anger can be shown in numerous forms, from social discomfort and general aggravation to violent reactions over minor scenarios, such as ‘road rage’.

Long term unresolved anger can create a downward spiral triggering mental health problems for instance depression, as well as medical conditions such as high blood pressure.

Anger issues can have a range of causes and each person will have individual reasons for the rage.

It is in many cases painful past situations, the need to be in control, feeling insecure or inadequate and difficult life circumstances that trigger anger problems.

However you can combat these difficulties quickly and effectively with the use of hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy would focus on finding and resolving any underlying beliefs that are causing the anger, and would do so by helping the subconscious to put together new thought processes and patterns of behaviour.

As a by product, hypnotherapy could also help the person to really feel calmer and more relaxed each and every day which can lead to a happier life.

Hypnotherapy helps people to respond in a different way to ‘trigger scenarios’ which help to stop the rage rising to start with.

This helps the person truly feel more in charge and in control which in turn enables them to feel at ease quicker than before.

By getting rid of the underlying cause and then coping with the symptoms of anger the hypnotherapist can help the client to make rapid and a substantial difference to all their social and workplace circumstances.

Anger issues are something I have worked with often over the years.  Many clients have reported feeling so much more in control and calm in situations that in the past caused them to ‘lose it’ and vent their anger at other people.  Hypnotherapy treatment for anger tends to be highly effective and works quickly.  In more recent times, I have also been using a non hypnosis therapy called BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® or BWRT® which can help with anger issues, often in just one or two sessions
